It was a lavish place, had well-trained and very very helpful staff with a super friendly receptionist. The location was handy in a residential area, just off the shopping malls nearby as well as shopping and attraction areas.

The breakfast was free with great omlettes, and the staff were fabulously helpful! The room with a double bed. The hotel's location was peaceful, really close to kwang fo metro station, a convenience store and two train stations near by and the bus stop for the local bus going to the airport.

The location offered was marvellous just off the main city area, the nearest train station, and the bus stations & the metro stations. Plus, it was about 10 minutes' drive to Welcome. The premier family quadruple room was immaculate and had a kettle, a high ceiling, and tea and coffee.

The units are compact, neat with a hotspot WiFi, a nice mountain view and access to the lounge.

Had pleasant stay for short visit and the weather was calm. There were a small mini fridge, a safe box, and coffee in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. Interior was contemporary. The location was central, decent convenient to MTR station > airport express. Further, it was not far from Dorsett Tsuen Wan, two nearby metro stations and Tsuen Wan MRT terminal.

Delicious and awesome breakfast and local food selection. Very impressed with deluxe room and well-trained staff at Lobby and also the room cleaners. Practical central location, adjacent to the subway, and the electric outlets.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was good as it was far from the noisy highway, so I could have a peaceful night sleep. The room was clean and comfortable with amenities like an electric kettle and flat-screen TV. The staff were very helpful, providing excellent customer service, and always ready to assist with tours/ticket assistance. I appreciated the free shuttle service that helped me save on transport costs. The leisure swimming pool was a nice treat, and the fitness centre was well equipped for a workout.

Although I was told that I could dial room service for a reservation, I could not get through the line. However, this place is still a great value for the price and I would recommend this to anyone in the future.
